1.    Overview | This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) applies to all users of the Bratsquad Members website and community. By accessing or using Bratsquad Members, you agree to keep certain information confidential as described below. 

2.    Confidential Information | Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: - Member usernames, profiles, posts, and discussions that are not publicly available. - Private community features such as Groups, Events, internal dashboards, and member-only updates. - Nonpublic information about TayTheBrat, Tay Moderu, or Tay Moderu Studios, including internal plans, designs, unreleased content, or announcements. - Any other information designated as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential in this context. 

3.    Obligations | You agree that you will not: - Share, publish, screenshot, stream, record, or otherwise distribute Confidential Information outside of the Bratsquad Members platform. - Use Confidential Information for personal gain, competitive advantage, or to harm any member or Tay Moderu Studios. - Misrepresent confidential content as your own. 

4.    Exceptions | Information is not considered Confidential Information if: - It is or becomes publicly available through no fault of your own. - You receive it lawfully from a third party without a duty of confidentiality. - It is independently developed by you without reference to Confidential Information. - You are required by law or court order to disclose it (in which case you should, if legally permitted, notify Tay Moderu Studios in advance). 

5.    Duration | Your obligation to protect Confidential Information continues during your membership and after your membership or access to the site ends. 

6.    Violations | Violating this NDA may result in: - Removal or suspension of your account. Permanent ban from Bratsquad Members. - Legal action where applicable.
