Videos, images, layouts, and UI elements
Community structure, features, and written materials

is owned by Tay Moderu Studios, unless otherwise stated.

This includes content associated with the brands TayTheBrat and Bratsquad Members.

2. Limited License to Members

As a verified member, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with content for personal, non-commercial use only within the Bratsquad Members platform.

You may not:

Copy or redistribute content outside the platform
Screenshot, screen record, or repost member-only content
Use content for commercial purposes
Claim ownership of Tay Moderu Studios content

3. User-Generated Content

Members retain ownership of the content they post (such as comments or discussions).
However, by posting content on Bratsquad Members, you grant Tay Moderu Studios a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform for community and moderation purposes.

If you believe copyrighted material has been used improperly on the site, please report it with:
