2.    Eligibility | To use Bratsquad Members, you must: - Be a verified Twitch subscriber or TikTok follower and fan, as applicable to the membership system in place. - Be at least 13 years old. We reserve the right to revoke access to the site if you violate these terms or harm the community.
 
3.    Accounts | You agree to: - Provide accurate registration information. - Keep your login details secure. - Do not share your account with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, pose a security risk, or are used for misuse of the service.

4.    Acceptable Use | You agree that you will not: - Harass, threaten, or harm other members. Upload or share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content. - Attempt to hack, bypass verification, or disrupt the website. - Use the site for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized commercial purposes.

5.    Membership Verification | Access to Bratsquad Members is limited to verified members. If your Twitch subscription ends, or if your TikTok follower status can no longer be confirmed, your access to some or all features may be limited or removed.

6.    Content Ownership | All branding, graphics, videos, overlays, designs, features, layouts, and written content provided by the site are owned by Tay Moderu Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Tay Moderu Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content within the Bratsquad Members community.

7.    Service Changes | We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the website or certain features at any time, with or without notice.

8.    Termination | We may terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, if: - You violate these Terms of Service or the Terms of Use. - You engage in harmful or abusive behavior. - You pose a security risk to the site or its members. - Your membership verification (Twitch/TikTok) fails or expires under our rules.

9.    Disclaimer | Bratsquad Members is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or error-free operation. Your use of the site is at your own risk. 
 
10.    Limitation of Liability | Tay Moderu Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: - Loss of access to the site. – Technical issues or errors. - Disputes between users. - Unauthorized use of your account due to failure to safeguard your login information.
